Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. However, orders placed on Friday/holidays/weekends will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.

 

Shipping Time

Due to high volume of orders, and COVID-19, your order could take longer to get to your homeTypical delivery time frame is between 7 to 15+ business days (It could be more or less depending on how your country is handling the COVID-19 pandemic). All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays or holidays.

 

Shipping Method

  • Secured Free Shipping: Standard shipping will take about 8-21 days.
  • Secured 5-8 Days Shipping: Express will take about 5-8 days depending on the time of row to flights.

Secured 5-8 Days Shipping is not available for PO Box, military or some U.S. Territory & Freely Associated State addresses.

Shipping service

Import Taxes

Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your country. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Vissles is not responsible for fees associated with import. Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt.

 

Responsibility

Vissles Team is always glad to help you out from any issues about shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. But Vissles is not responsible for them.

 

Shipping address

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Vissles is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also, the APO, FPO or DPO address is not accepted.

 

Additional notice about shipping

This is the client’s responsibility to help for successful order delivery. There are several situations that the parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse:

-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in the customs due to any custom clearance reasons. If the client does not provide any necessary information within 48 HOURS that is required by the customs (such as tax payment) in a timely manner. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse. If the client wants to re-ship the parcel, you may need to pay an additional fee(according to the bill from our shipping company). If you decided not to get the parcel at your own discretion, you may need to carry the burden for return shipping cost (according to the bill from our shipping company). We will refund retail price(not included extra shipping cost if paid when you placed your order) after the deduction of the return shipping cost.

-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that either delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the client does not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of additional cost for re-delivery.

-After customer received the product, if it is not related to product quality problem and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost via Stripe.

-If it appears as "Delivered" on courier's website (ie: DHL) for more than 3 months, the delivery details on courier's website will be deleted. The courier will not provide any compensation to us for these order, that's why we can't provide any refund if the client does not inform us to investigate the parcel via email 3 months after it has been "Delivered" on courier’s website.

1. How to use it? / How to switch from earbuds mode to speaker mode or from speaker to earbuds?

It’s easy to use Vissles music pill. Simply take out the earbuds out of the case, they will automatically pair to your device after a one-time setup.

 

If you put the earbuds back to the case and close it, the music playing in the earbuds will be seamlessly switched to play through the speaker.

 

If you take out the earbuds and put them on while the music is playing through the speaker, the music will continuously play in the earbuds.

 

2. Do the Vissles earbuds support voice assistant?

Yes, you can triple-tap either earbud to activate the voice assistant.

 

3. Do the Vissles earbuds support volume control?

Yes, you can tap and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds to turn up the volume, or tap and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds to turn down the volume.

 

4. Do the Vissles earbuds have microphones?

Yes, Vissles earbuds have integrated microphones for the phone calls. You can answer/hang up a call with Vissles earbuds.

 

5. Can the earbuds be used independently?

Yes, Vissles earbuds can be used independently.

 

6. What kind of codec do you support?

Vissles supports AAC and SBC.

 

7. How about the delay while playing games or watching videos?

The latency is less than 500 ms.

 

8. How about battery life?

The earbuds can continuously play for 4 hours while the speaker can play for 3.5 hours.

Combined with the charging case, the earbuds can play for 16+ hours.

 

9. How about the battery capacity?

The battery capacity is 60mAh (single earbud) and 500mAh (Charging speaker case).

 

10. How long is the charging time?

For earbuds, it takes 1.5-2 hours to fully charge. For speaker case, it takes 2 hours to fully charge.

 

11. Are they waterproof?

Vissles earbuds support IPX5 waterproof. But the speaker should be keep away from water.

 

12. What devices are compatible with Vissles?/Is Vissles compatible with my devices?

Yes, Vissles can connect to any devices with Bluetooth features.

 

13. How long does shipping take?

Usually, it takes around 6-12 business days, but for some countries, it may take up to 15 business days to be delivered.

 

14. Any Warranty?

Yes, we do offer a 1-year term warranty. If you have any maintenance problems, you are free to contact us through the email address: hi@vissles.com, and we will help you to solve the problem in the first place.

 

15. Where is your product made in?

Our manufacturer is located in China. They own years of experience in the headphone field and used to make earphones for a lot of international brands.
